For those of you looking for cilantro pesto recipes or mentions or whatever, make this (the chicken is good too), and you'll be in heaven. It's healthy, tasty, and low in fat and calories. The toasted sesame seeds add a nice nutty flavor. I'm one who loves eating burnt bread, popcorn, marshmallows, um....tortillas, pancakes, biscuits, etc., and for whatever reason, the sesame seeds reminded me of that flavor, albeit very slight and not offensive (in case you don't find that flavor as darn tasty as I do).
